This video is from the morning after the worst ice storm to hit Crittenden County, Kentucky. I was driving as many of the county roads in district # 5, (the district in which I'm magistrate on the fiscal court) as I could get through. This road is located near Dycusburg, KY and was cleared enough for emergency workers to make it to a patient the night before. I used my small digital Kodak to document the storm.
